At Purrfect Office, we’re always on hand to answer your queries personally, but if you are just looking for some quick-fire answers to your most burning questions, we’ve included some of the most frequently asked ones below!

Do you only serve businesses in London?

Whilst our core business is servicing clients in the London area, we do in fact; have clients all over the UK & Europe. There are certain services which we can only deliver in London such as our 80 minute service, but we can deliver to most locations via our next day delivery service.

Is there a minimum order value?

We do not impose a minimum order value and in addition, we also offer free delivery. Having said that, we do try to promote environmentally conscious ordering and actively encourage our clients to group orders together where possible to reduce the road miles associated with placing individual orders.

Which brands do you supply?

We have a huge range of brands on offer, including all the top stationery brands such as, Acco, Esselte, Fellowes, Rexel, 3M, Cambridge, Black ‘n’ Red etc.

We also offer a great range of quality budget brands, as well as our Keep it Simple “KIS” range giving you a comprehensive selection of essential office supplies at exceptionally low prices, all available from a single supplier.

What about toners, cartridges and other consumables?

Yes, we have an extensive range of IT and business machine consumables. We provide all the major brands including HP toner and ink cartridges, Tonersmart alternative Premium LaserJet toners, Canon, Brother, Epson, Panasonic and more.

Do you provide sustainable and environmentally friendly products?

Yes, we supply an extensive range of sustainable, eco-friendly products at affordable prices. With Purrfect Office, your office supply purchases can help protect the environment, without costing the earth!

What about Personalised Corporate Gifts?

Yes, we offer a comprehensive range of products which can be engraved, etched, embossed or otherwise marked to a professional finish. Some of the products we’ve most recently personalised include bottled water, pens, mugs, coasters, presentation portfolios, USB sticks, mouse mats, frames, diaries and golf balls!

What if I am looking for something in particular, but it’s not in your catalogue?

We pride ourselves on our bespoke and highly personal service, so if there is something particular you require that isn’t currently offered by Purrfect Office, we’ll happily source it for you at no extra charge.

Do you just provide office supplies?

No. In addition to traditional office supplies we also provide:

  • An extensive range of catering and cleaning supplies from all major brands including Nescafe, Tetley Tea, Evian, Andrex, Fairy, Ecover and Maxima.

Can I order printing and stationery online?

Yes. We have a highly efficient but easy to use online ordering system for both printing and stationery.

Do you offer a furniture full installation service?

Indeed we do, we have teams with many years of experience ready to deliver, unpack, install your furniture. We also clear up and remove all rubbish from site, to ensure your new installation is as hassle-free as possible!

Is it true you pay £6.00 for every Tonersmart branded toner cartridge returned to you for recycling?

Yes this is absolutely true and is a great incentive to send back your Tonersmart Premium toners for recycling. We guarantee £6.00 each and every time the only thing we ask that you have a minimum of 5 Tonersmart Premium Laser Cartridges available to collect this makes it cost effective for both you and us.

Is it true you collect our recycling products free of charge?

Yes it is. The following products can be collected free of charge:

  • Paper and Cardboard
  • Toners and Inkjets
  • Plastic Bottles and Cans
  • Mobile Phones
  • Compact Disks

Which products for recycling collection are chargeable?

Many items covered by WEEE regulations are generally chargeable, however give us a call and we can discuss your requirements further.

Some of the products we charge to collect and recycle include:

  • Computers and Batteries
  • Documentation etc for secure destruction and security shredding
  • Fridges
  • Microwaves
  • Freezers
  • Televisions and other similar products
