CSR & Recycling

Our Environmental Policy

At Purrfect Office, we are fully aware of the effect our business has on the environment and have made it our priority to achieve ‘environmental best practice’ wherever possible and practical. We conduct our business activities in a manner, which takes into consideration the efficient use of energy, materials and transport, ensuring the minimum use of any activities which we deem to have a detrimental impact on our environment. It is also our intention to encourage both our clients and our suppliers to adopt similar practices throughout their business operations. You can browse through this section to find out our approach to a range of customer recycling requirements, or why not give our team a call on 0800 024 6111?

Paper & Cardboard

On average, we collect 50 tonnes of paper per month. All the paper and cardboard we collect is sent to UK-based mills where it is recycled into items such as newspaper and cardboard boxes. Paper products such as copier paper, newspaper and magazines should be placed in re-usable woven polypropylene bags ready for collection. Cardboard can be bundled but smaller quantities can be bagged. We would recommend that you collect a sizeable amount of paper for collection before calling us. We will then arrange collection ideally as part of a stationery delivery. We will then issue you with a waste transfer note which you should retain for three years. Call us now on 0800 024 6111 or email us for more information.

Did you know that even though 100% of the materials in your phone can be recovered and used to make new products or generate energy; only 9% of people actually recycle their phones? We don’t profit from this service and it reflects our commitment to diverting waste away from landfill. For more information, please call us on 0800 024 6111 or email us.

Glass Bottles & Jars

We can provide you with a plastic container in which to store your glass items. Please call us to arrange collection once this container is full.
